Still Crashing after fresh install!!!

I just did a fresh install of the game, nothing added, and tried to do a creating-a-legend and the game froze and crashed again!! I dont know whats going on!! Can someone help me please!!

I tried using Carmelo, crash. Then Beasley, crash. I don't have anything added to my game right now. No cfs, no floors, no stadiums, shadow mods, nothing. It's completely stock. I'm just getting frustrated as hell with this.

I do the direct x update everytime it installs. I don't know what the visual ++ is. And yes I have a hard disk copy.

its required for most games

this just updates it to most current version

is it only CAL that is crashing? other game modes work?

So I did a fresh install, played two exhibition games then tried practice and it was fine. Then tried CAL and it froze. Haven't tried since. Too pissed off. I emailed 2k support after that. Haven't heard back yet.

Doubt it will fix the problem but update those nvidia drivers anyway, those are like three years old.

FIXED!!!!!!!! Updated the drivers for the GE Force and visual ++. Game seems to work fine now!! Thanks guys for all your help! It means alot to me!
