iff files are just art files, not player info containers

Created players do not have a png file, you can assign one with the Roster editor.

sorry i dont realy understand , what i want to do is to create a celebrity team like MGX without overwrite anythings in game , so i must create a png with Roster Editor then change it , if yes where can i found the png in game
