Will 2 same skills on a player add more bonus or useless?

For example, will 2 "spot up shooter" on a player at the same time double the shooting accuracy bonus compare with 1 "spot up shooter"?

I've tried this before to be a master Ankle Breaker but the game removed the second skill trait.
