Black screen on startup

When I load the game, Jay-Z loads, then I hit button A to skip through that, then hit start, then a black screen comes on, and I can see load settings and rosters at the bottom of the screen. Before, the title screen use to load with Blake, Durant and DRose with the previous mentioned settings and rosters. I haven't d/ld anything other than courts and jerseys to cause this. The game plays normally, other than the black screen. Can this be fixed?

yes.
Don't worry this happened to me as well. Go to the main NBA 2k13 folder where all of the iff files are. look for titlepage.iff . If you don't have that, download a titlepage or go to your backup folder and locate titlepage.iff . When you have located titlepage.iff/ downloaded another titlepage,copy that into the main NBA 2k13 folder and MAKE SURE it is called titlepage.iff .Any other name will not work. Hopefully that helped, if you don't get it please just send me a PM or something.
