about Knee pads & calves sleeves

in 2k12 we can combined Knee pads & calves sleeves together, but they remove it in 2k13, I just want to ask if its possible to transfer it from the global file of 2k12 to 2k13's global file so that we can combine the knee pads & calves sleeves.

In the download section I believe there are globals made by users that use the long hex pad since 2k remove the ability to layer.
