Cyberface problems

I downloaded a file from a author named angels of death on moddingway. Ever since then when I try changing a cyberface for cousins, I get 2k defaults cousins cyberface. Even when i remove the png file from the 2k13 folder and start game without the file the player is still there, usually you would see the head missing with white arms. I tried this with another player and the game reacted accordingly. This problem is only occurring with Demarcus cousins ever since I installed his cousins cyberface, which was the same as 2k default face. Does anyone have the slightest idea whats happening and how to fix it.

Can i get some help please, i just reinstalled the game, but i still can't change demarcus cousins cyberface. Even when i remove in png file, he should disappear but he doesn't. Its like there is another file that the player is assigned to that is in the folder that I don't know about. I literally just deleted every single png file in the nba 2k13 folder and every file acted accordinly except Mr. Cousins, he still remained intact. How is this possible, cause i have run out of ideas.

are you sure you're working with the correct png number? DeMarcus Cousins is png1805. Hopefully it's just that, I don't have any more ideas besides that.

I'm just as baffled. I'm sure i'm using the right png file, i've tried so many times. What got me stumped is why when I remove his png file and start the game he is still there.

Happened to me once. I had to reinstall the game over.

try renaming cousins cf id to other player? then rename it back to original.
