3DM Mod Tool

Hey. Was there ever a tutorial or anything on how to get letters instead of boxes on the tool? Ive been searching for a while and i couldnt find anything.

the only letters are in chinese, not much more help unless you know it.

I think it depends on windows' language packs

I downloaded the latest version of this mod tool, but when I click on the application icon, I get an error message saying

"NBA2K12MODTOOL has stopped working"

and it never opens.

I dont know what I did wrong though.

I don't know which version of MS.net framework is needed for this tool. You may need a previous version installed also. I recently had to install v1.1 for a different program in order to get it to work.
