Is it possible for someone to make a Summer League court like this or any summer league one?

Maybe could use Summer league court and replace the black top one =)

go to your folder
rename either s604 if you want to replace Rucker or s614 for the Rooftop court
copy s735, rename it to either s604 or s614, whichever you want to replace
copy and paste f735 and rename it to either f604 or f614, again, whichever you want to replace.

you said you wanted a stadium like that in blacktop mode. One is already in the game and that is how you replace one of the two courts in Blacktop mode.

i tried many courts to replace the blacktop and almost everything has bugs... just play with the night\day rucker or the afternoon cage court
