coach's ratings in MyCareer?

Just wondering if we could ever see our team's coach's ratings in MyCareer and if so would there be a way to edit them?
Playing for the Hornets now and just got my coach fired cause I knew we possibly couldn't hire someone worse. still wondering how I made out.
Patiently still waiting for the hack to change staff salary cap for association as well as MyCareer.
