MyCareer Crash after First Game

Hey everyone. I know this should go on the bug reports thread but the reason i'm making a new topic is because i want to know if anyone knows a fix. The thing is, after i finish the first game of the season on MyCareer whenever i press "Quit" it crashes to the desktop, without a warning message or anything at all. If no one knows a fix you could mind as well lock this thread.
