Hex Editing For Replays?

Hi all, was wondering if there is a possible way of taking away the restrictions from replays that dont allow you to move around freely, ex. when near the rim i want to get a angle from under the rim or from a crowd POV but the replays does not allow it or a ground/court POV where the player is walking towards the camera seeing there feet walk over, i saw some brilliant angles used in nba 2k10/2k11 from MessenjahMatt Micheal Jordan videos and nba 2k trailers, is that possible to achieve?
