NBA 2K13 crashes

I got my NBA2K13 copy and it crashes after the intro, when it's time to enter your age I think, well it's right after the intro. I know I don't have a strong enough PC, but it did ran 2k10-2k12. Is there anyway i can skip this or is there another solution (please, no "buy a new PC" answers)

did it run 2k10-2k12 on low settings?

hmm, the player models and the texture quality was on medium and everything else was on low. I also played on window mode, so it would run better.
