Nearly impossible to block

Is anyone else experiencing this? I remember 2K13 being notorious because dunks couldn't be blocked, but I don't remember the hand litteraly going through the ball even if it's a layup/jump shot

I even bumped the block ability on the sliders to max just to see if there would be any difference, the AI cannot be stopped if they drive to the paint, they can't be stopped if they shoot, it feels like they always hit contested shots/layups

Any ideas on how to fix this? Other than the fact that the AI can run through 5 defenders in the paint and just lay it in without getting blocked, the game is very fun and challenging

No, I just downloaded it, chose v4 and played a few games, the gameplay definetly feels different, the leaning layup cheese (Where you miss every single one and the AI makes it) looks to be fixed, as I was able to hit those kinds of shots with some consistency instead of it being a 99/100 chance of being a miss, stealing the ball and blocking is actually possible now, which is great.

The only question I have is which version do you think is best, the only gripe I have with v4 so far, is that the ball has no arc, all players seem to be shooting it like it's a straight pass, no arc at all, I always got faked out, thinking that the shot is going to clank off the rim, only to hit nothing but net, hopefully not all versions are like that, it really has that uncanny valley feeling, where every single player just chucks the ball

well, it's a matter of taste. If it doesnt need to be fixed, dont fix it.
