NBA2K13 URB Mods & Roster

Hi everybody, first of all, sorry for my bad English, but I'm not English! 
I've Windows 10 and NBA2K13 installed on my PC, I've just downloaded the Urb 2016 MOD, all of six parts included, everything is OK, except some courts that appear blurred.
I tried to unistall and reinstall the game, and also the mod, but anything has changed.
I repeat, not all courts, but most of them.
How can I resolve it?
