2k13 PC vs Console differences

I was really looking forward for my team mode and virtual currency. TBH player salary in skill points is kind of weird... atleast they could have left the $ numbers for that.

I was trying PS3 demo yesterday before I got my PC version and there's no way I can play a game with PS3 graphics, where i have high end computer.

Makes me kind of sad that 2k does not value their PC player base:(

Graphics + mod community. I tried PS3 version and due very ugly graphics I just can't play it there... 720p and no AA is no go for me.

Is this game even worth it for PC? We get a half-ass game, why do they hate us so much.:/ I'm willing to pay another couple of bucks for ASW and other features for PC, you don't have to erase it on PC you lazy 2k!

If it's worth PHP1300 here, I would buy it. $1 = PHP41 just so you know.

Sure its worth it! Console version is only good when you compare default versions (console vs PC) of the game! I couldn't care less about all star dlc, myteam that is missing.. All I really care about is that the gameplay is the same and that online can be played on High graphic settings

Guys just be patient, in less than a month we will a have a game that at least LOOKS superior to consoles. Then we will have many tools to solve many of the stupid mistakes 2k has made (autosave, slider sets and so on?). Maybe we will get patches late as usual, and the missing modes may hurt many people, but i'm optimistic about modding potential; modders should be payed by 2k for the work they don't to for us pc gamers

I think I also figured out how to make realistic colors in accessories will be trying my experiment when I have my hands on my game.

I love 2k12 mods but I quit playing it because of the association and my player bugs. I do hope this is still worth getting despite of lacking a lot of features.:/

At least it's cheaper, I guess. Still, a slap in the face to a very passionate portion of the fanbase.

Not much cheaper. $70 for PS3, $60 for PC. I ended up just pre-ordering PS3 again.

For sure and with the way they mark up games here in Australia, it's amazing there's that $10 saving at all. That said, I picked up the PC version through ozgameshop.com for $30.

Because Nvidia have paid for 2k games to use PhysX in Borderlands 2, for people have to buy there new videocards from NV for playing on max video settings. In short — MARKETING. But that's another theme.

Gearbox and Visual Concepts are two different developers.

I'd also suggest that the Borderlands games have a larger following than NBA 2K as well. Sports gaming on the PC hasn't had the best track record over the past decade or so.

Borderlands probably has a slightly larger distribution of its sales on PC, but across all platforms, NBA 2K is easily the larger franchise.

The only good thing with the pc version is that you can apply patches to the game.

it's crazy that 2K is limiting the features for PC Version. WHY!!!

our CPU can overcome and always will the SPECS of a PS3 or 360 or whatever console...

We have better graphics, we have the fastest processors and rams, we have the fastest access to patches and we have gamepads toooo.

is there an agreement between 2k, Sony PS3 and Microsoft Xbox to limit the features for PC???? To maximize their profit????

I still think the PC (and messing with MyPlayer every year) stuff is because of their whole fake currency/leaderboards obsession.

You can get five times as much VC from disconnecting from online games than from actually playing games in MyCAREER for example. So people are doing this constantly on consoles to rack up points.

But it's way easier on pc, console u have to mod to be able to do it
