2K13 on Windows 10?

I installed 2K13 today on my new PC (Intel i5 4210U and GeForce 840M). But the game is stuttering so much, I can't even move on from title screen! Is it because of Windows 10?

It's possible. I believe they had to push through an update for NBA 2K15 to resolve some issues with Windows 10. That's obviously not going to happen with NBA 2K13, but if the issue is indeed with Windows 10, perhaps someone can find a workaround.

My workaround is always using Radeonpro, setting vsync to dynamic at 60 fps. Works perfect. However, you are using Nvidia, is there a way to set vsync to dynamic and lock it at 60 fps in a nvidia tool?
