How to make retired playeres into coaches/scouts/trainers

For NBA 2K13, I need to ask if there is a tool to edit the association files for NBA 2K13 because I want to add more players into coaches. These are the players (that I remember) that retired in my file:

Jason Kidd (Want to make him into a head coach for a team)
Jerry Stackhouse (Want to make him into a trainer for a team)
Earl Boykins (Want to make him into an assistant coach for a team)
Marcus Camby (Want to make him into a prospect scout for a team)
Derek Fisher (Want to make him into a prospect scout for a team)

Is there a free tool that can do that such thing for an association file?
