Editing Jersey Model

I see that there is work being done on tightening the jersey models... which file(s) need to be edited in order to alter the 3D model of the jerseys. Is it located in the global.iff? I am messing around with the body and jersey shapes for the WNBA mod, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

cloth_?.iff - replace ? with u/v/tri/etc.

you can ignore the fat/reg/thin/static .iff files
