paycheck for pc?

Sorry to bother you guys again. I was just wondering is there anyway I can use my paychecks like what you was able to do in 2k12 and buy more skill points?

Yes, player development works the same way in NBA 2K13 PC as it did last year. You're paid in Skill Points (which you also earn each game of course), which you use to buy any and all upgrades.
