blank jerseys on pc version

Well I have been playin NBA2k13 for the pc for a few months and I notice some of the jerseys are blank so I am wondering where can I get all of them that are blank? And yes this is the pc version I am playing on.

you can get them from patchers here in the community. Check either the releases forum, or here - downloads.php?cat=154
