Reditor Questions

I have some questions about reditor values. I am making a patch of my league. How would I define and place a random number on all players on categories like play4winner, finsecurity, loyalty and others. I don't want the players being extremmely one side or another. Any ideas?

i do this through openoffice or excel, then copy the data back into RED MC

Yeah I know that. I didn't make my question clear. What is an average number in all these categories?
