Xavier Silas Conversion Request

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone out there could convert a Xavier Silas cyberface from 2K12 to 2K13.

Not sure if he has given permission to convert it tho.
Also, if I'm just missing an already converted face I would appreciate a link to the 2K13 file.
