Can't load a roster.

Hi.

First of all, I got a stock game, I reinstalled it so I'm sure it is.

I try to load a roster on the Load/Save menu, but when I go in the Manage Roster menu, it remains as the default roster.

Can somebody help me? Thanks a lot.
