Updated OKC Title Screen?

Hello everyone,
First of all, I would like to thank everyone for their hard work and fantastic mods!! It's like a masterpiece of NBA proportions! Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has created an updated title page for OKC Thunder? (No Harden) Maybe, with Westbrook, Durant, and Ibaka or Martin? (I prefer Perkins, personally. Love that guy!) Anyway, would that be possible or how hard is to create it yourself? I haven't tried looking through the forums for creating it myself... Not yet anyway. Any help would be great!!
