NBA Scoreboard not working

Hey guys i'm having a problem with the scoreboard or scoreboards i should say anyway i download a scoreboard install it correctly and it doesn't show up can anyone help me?

Make sure you also extract it to the NBA 2K13\Online Data\downloads folder under %appdata%. There's a scoreboard update that came through as part of one of the early official updates, which the game loads instead of the one in the game folder.

Just did it its still the same...

You need to use Keep My Mod, or stay offline.
