My team is the Bobcats, rebuilding..

MY starting 5 is Kemba(pg),Jr. Smith (sg), MKG(sf), rookie pf(82 Rating), Sanders (c)..

is it fair if hire a new coach and its STAT is all B in teacher, defense, offense, potential?

I ask about coach once before. Seem like coach is just for look, they do nothing, save the money for scout, medic,...

The coach is just for look if you play all your games and don't simulate.

The coach rating is applied on simulated games. A coach with good ratings in offense and defense has better chances of winning a simulated game. Along with the coaching tendencies.

and the thing about hiring this kind of coach is my team BOBCATS a rebuilding team an 87 overall rating i think is a bit too high, were like the top 15 in the rankings.

Overall ratings get too much attention, I wouldn't worry about that.
