How to edit each player individually? HELP PLEASE!

I'm trying to make a roster and i got the jerseys down but I'm really having trouble with getting the players names into the editor. i thought i was doing it right but i must not be. i went through the video tutorial but i must be missing something. i want to do player names by CFID and i have the CFNames.txt file loaded and its on CFID for the "ChooseNameBy" option.. Is there any way i could get a written step by step to help me get the names?
