2K13 Shoe Updates not showing up

Sorry for this noob like question but i really need help on this. Now i fine as far as the game on my desktop but my laptop is a diffrent story. Since I dont have online currently available on my laptop, i have to have manually put the updates into the correct folders if i want to play with the most recent rosters on my laptop. The rosters work fine but im starting to notice that none of the new shoes 2k is making are showing up which makes player like Lebron, Kobe, and Durant wear generics when using the most recent update.

Here is an example of the file (a official 2k one) i downloaded to try to get the shoes (or any new shoe) http://www.nba2k.org/2013/01/nba-2k13-o ... an-21.html

The file comes with 2 folders titles "Online data" and "Saves". I've been told that all i have to do just drag the files into the "online data" and "saves" folders on the laptop. Now this does update the roster but it doesnt add the shoes. Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?

It sounds to me like you're doing everything right, as long as all the necessary files are included you should be fine. You could also try giving our pack a shot:

I haven't had any reports of issues with missing shoes.
