Other people, on the other pages publish my work and introduced themselves as creators.
That's why I tell everyone that I will not publish any my work anywhere. I'm sorry that we live in such times but this has shocked me!

That is not saying he made it, hes saying he "got" a download, as in he is downloaded your mod, says its awesome, and sharing it with people. He is not claiming it to be his, he is not even providing a download link to it.

Things like that will happen, it's inevitable. Contact each site's administration with your case.
Whether you keep on modding or not is up to you. I wouldn't give up in your case. Modding itself, and the appreciation from the community here at the NLSC, is enough of a reward to keep me sharing my work, rather than keep it to myself.
