Running game with different files each time

My new fantastical wish.

I noticed a software called Sandboxie which keeps new files separate from older ones and prevent them being mixed up, for security. So i thought maybe there is some way, program to do this:

We don't overwrite any file in NBA 2K13 folder. Maybe we create custom folders as kind of game profiles for which additional files to use. For example when i want to play with Med's roster and Kyrius' global, i choose the folder which includes files of these two patches and our software integrates them to the game. Later on if i want to play with skoadam's URB, i choose the one includes those and so on.

Is that possible? Would be awesome.
