NBA 2k13 Roster Editor vs 2k Official Roster

I have one question. Why i can't edit Jersey, team color in Roster Editor when i use 2k Official Roster? When i change Roster on my, all is good. Anyone knows why? Please help

you need to update the offsets for the roster so the tool can properly read it, which are usually listed here - viewtopic.php?f=149&t=89704 but I have not done them yet
