Stop Player Retirement?

Hey guys,

I hate this 2k system for retirement.... i´m in first season with Heat and Garnett will retire after this year...with 36 years and 3 years of contract left....it´s ridiculous...

Why 2k never fix this? We need a option to retire or not!

Anyways, anyone knows some method to fix this? I try less the years pro, but not working... (simulating). Try change his age with roster editor and nothing work too...
