My sound won't play ?

I've tried everything I can think of to fix this , I've reinstalled. I've deleted all the settings . but to no avail.

So Now I'm asking you guys , can someone help me with my problem , There is No sound at all ! Even at the beginning with Jay z ..

I hope you can help me fix this problem quickly .. PC version of course.

Are you experiencing any issues with sound in any other games (or in Windows in general)?

No , It's only with 2k13 I've played black ops , and watch movies ect .
