jerseys reflection

is it possible to add the reflections and the light that is shown on the jerseys in the blacktop http://www.nba-live.com/wp-content/uplo ... 24x576.jpg in to a normal NBA game?
I tried various things and as now I can say that this light on the jerseys is not produced by the stadium (s-xyz.iff) files nor by the jerseys files ua-xyz.iff...so it's possible that it is the global or a file like that!
does somebody knows better then me what has to be edited?

the current assumption is that it is hardcoded like the shaders were last year
