editing tools for CF

i'm still practicing at making textures in nba 2k12..now nba 2k13 is out..i want to make some CF...

can nba2k12 decompressor and Textures IE compatible with nba 2k13?.... since that two is easy to use...

if you try those programs, please let me know if they work so I can update the compatibility thread
