MyCareer - Play calling for non-PGs

Is there any way at all this is possible to enable? Hell, if it's a lot of work but doable, I'd be happy to pay for it.

earn the signature skill that lets you do it.

It doesn't let you call plays it just makes them always pass the ball to you when you call for it. That's very different.
