Activating practice jerseys to be used in game (Association)

Hi guys,

I've searched for 5 hours looking for ways on how to unlock practice jerseys to be used in a regular game but didn't find any... Is this possible? If yes, how can I do this without renaming the practice jerseys as a regular or classic types as I wanted all the 30 NBA teams be used in the game?
