Multiple mods, switching mods?

Is there a tool to switch mods? For example, I'd like to install Alby's roster and the complete 2013/2014 package but also another user's 1992/1993 season with faces, courts etc. of that year. What do I have to do so I don't overwrite files and nothing gets messed up?

ideally people will make mods that dont conflict....
