nba 2k13 turbo problem

when I'm assign a cyberface for a player in nba2k13 turbo, sometimes, after saving it, the name of the player changes. for example: carmelo anthony changes to anthony carmelo (the commentators can read it anyhow)
if someone know why this is happening please help
