Player export

Hey Guys..
Using Leftos great roster tool and Albys awesome roster I went through the trouble of recreating rosters as they are today with draft picks for my association. I was looking to export a player from another roster into my association. Is that possible? Or is it easier for me to just create the player. I am trying to add Jordan Farmar to the lakers. Thanks.
Note: This is just for personal use...
