How to fix black spots.

Im wondering if someone can help me fix black spots. Like step by step. What programs i need?, how do i change it to dx1 no alpha or alpha??

I believe you just have to extract the dds file, open it up in photoshop, etc., and resave it as that particular dds file (DX1 or DX5).
