Vibration Effect

Is there any type of vibration effects in 2k13? Like is the controller supposed to vibrate when you dunk or something like that? Because my controller doesn't and I was wondering if it's only me or 2k did away with the vibration effects.

There is a setting for controllers that will make your joystick vibrate.
