Assign Cyberface to MyPlayer

Sorry if i am the xxxth one who's asking but I cant assign a cyberface to my MP. I try to do it with the Turbo Trainer. I start MP, open Trainer and dann for example use ID 1136(Scalabrine) for CF ID, but ingame he has still got the generic 2k headmodel. what is my mistake?
