Is there a tool or somin which can edit the play style of my player?

I'm guessing one of the trainers can. I don't have any experience with them so I can't help you beyond throwing out the suggestion.

"play style" doesn't really mean anything though, you're better off just opening your save with the Roster Editor and changing ratings/tendencies/hotspots.
