PA Announcer no more??

I dunno if there is a problem in my 2k13, or just a bug.. The PA Announcer in every court in my game doesnt speak anymore.. Any solution to this problem?? Thanks

that's weird. I def have the PA announcer but it's really quiet. Can barely hear him but he is there.

uhm check your presentation settings? there was one time where my presentation settings set all the volume to 0 upon starting up the game.

I've checked it.. The volume is not 0.. And still no PA.. Ughh..

I've had this problem, I just changed some presentation values, then change it back to default, restart my pc and it worked
