We're playing our 3rd game in 4 nights, and my players started getting tired from the 1st quarter quite easily. I liked that. Now it's late in the 4th and it's close, so both teams have their starters on (bar any injuries) but shots aren't falling from either side. So I went to make a substitution, and this made me smile.



I was wondering why I could shoot from anywhere and still get a low rating on "Distance" in the Shot IQ overlay. I really like this.

I would smile a whole lot more if the substitution overlay would show up when people are subbed in/out. I do though love the way Created Players are treated in this game, in pick up games I've played they've said his nickname every time they should (starting lineups/scoring/etc). They also cover the players sig skills like how he's a great closer or a stronger finisher at the rim. The consistency in feeling created players were treated equally in the past games was lacking.

Oddly enough, probably the fake Twitter feed in MyCAREER. It's one of those things that people were down on during the previews, but as far as adding atmosphere to the mode it's actually turning out to be a fun and quirky element of the experience.

Heh, here's a nice feature that has gotten no attention so far. I finally let one Halftime Report play out to the end during the break of an Association game, and after the upcoming matchups are shown, I get a screen where I get to pick the winner of some matchups from a particular day. Wasn't expecting that.

I think that was because the season just started today, I got it while I was at halftime of a MC game.

Oooh, so it's asking me about the REAL league while I'm playing Association? Kind of confusing, but nice nonetheless. I'd rather bet on games in my Association when playing Association, but it will be nice to see what the game says tomorrow after all the games have ended.

I think so, I only put it together because I had the Lakers vs Mavs on while playing and it was one of the choices

Ronnie tweeted about the picks at halftime today, is it on PC as well? I haven't seen it yet.

ya it's definitely on the PC. I've only seen it in the NBA Today mode though. You pick the winners for the games that day. And when you play the next night, it'll show you if you were right or wrong. The rewards are VC credits though, which are useless on PC. lol. Still a fun little feature though.

I also noticed that the real NBA scores are correct, but the audio is wrong. The dude always says the team that lost was the winner. Seems to always be wrong

I really enjoyed the online games. I'm from Argentina and I didn't expected playing without lag, but 3 of 4 games were almost perfect.

Amare Stoudamire's portrait photo makes me smile. I have no idea what is going on in that photo. Looks like he has dentures. lol
