Been having the same problem over a month or so... 2k support is slow as shit and it takes them like a week to answer your email. BTW, did you two also buy just the key or do you have a problem with the retail game?

I purchase the game itself. I was able to create my own my player account but when I upgraded my windows that is when my issue started. Were you able to resolve your issue?

No, I'm still writing emails to 2k support. For me, it stopped working after the second reboot of my computer. Really weird. Now they want me, to send them:
1. Photo/scan of the receipt for the game
2. Photo of the physical disc/box accompanied by your email address written on a piece of paper in the photo
3. Photo/scan of the CD Key/Receipt with the code clearly displayed
4. The activation serial key typed into the text body of the request
5. The platform for this game: PC

@imaiden They need them for verification, they will provide a new CD-Key after they see the proof. I gave them all of the photos and got a new Cd Key. They also told me not to uninstall the game or reformat the computer until they have a permanent fix for this.

Yes, they're really the only people that can help you with that issue, seeing as how it's their game and their servers.

I understand that mate, but this is way too much. Also, I only bought the key so I am unable to give all this information.

I sent them CD-KEY and an order screenshot. Let's see if they reply..

i uninstalled it and re-installed again and it didn't work so i tried on contacting them and gave me a new CD Key
