Booster Packs are a big free-to-play, pay-to-get-more-stuff-quicker concept of Ultimate Team in FIFA & Madden, so that's the correlation I did. We'll see.

It certainly sounds like game modes have received a fair bit of attention this year, after kind of falling by the wayside last year with the lockout and NBA's Greatest being the focus. Great to hear, though hopefully that also means the major bugs have been stamped out in addition to the cool new features being hinted at.
