Quality of jersey for players on bench.

I just want to ask if what seems to be causing this. On the picture, I have put an arrow to the jersey to compare on how much drastic change happens to the jersey quality when a player is on the bench. Hope someone can explain this to me. BTW, all my settings are on High. Thanks.

Correct. Players sitting on the bench or walking off the court to the bench after being subbed out are seen wearing lower quality jerseys, keeping the game less resource-intensive and avoiding drops in the framerate.
