NVIDIA MCP61(GeForce 6150SE) is an onboard graphics chip that is from 2007, and is by no means intended to run games. I wouldn't even suggest updating to a dedicated graphics card with that system, but upgrading your entire PC if you want to run any newer games other than 2K, and just because if your going to spend money, you might as well do it only once now instead of finding out that you will probably have to upgrade again in the future if you want to play any games on your PC in the years to come. I would suggest getting the console version if you have a ps3 or 360.

If you just want to play 2K13 for PC instead of consoles, Your going to need a better video card. Getting a "new" video card would be a waste and your system probably wouldn't even be able to use it to it's full potential, let alone power it because I bet you have something like a 300-400 watt PSU. It would be tough to get a new card or even one that could help your system run 2K13 well, especially since you might need to upgrade other parts.

I had an Intel Core 2 Duo e6750 overclocked to 3.2 Ghz running 2K9-2K11 with similar ram specs (2gb ddr2 800 mhz) except I had a Radeon 3850, and then a 4850(not a huge fps jump in 2K for some reason) and I ran the game almost on maximum without antialiasing at 1280x720 and 50+ FPS. 2K has had similar PC specs for the past couple years, so I don't know. Finding a non-used version of good video cards from 3-5 years ago might be a problem. I would look that far back since they are more likely to work with your PSU if it's around 300-400 watts. You could go a bit newer, like a 5670, and is more power efficient than the older ones. Only reason I am not talking about Nvidia cards is because I didn't know much about them back then. Geforce 240? 8800?
